LACANTINA

Molino Tejada is committed to recreating the meeting space that was once the local shops - bars, where people went both to buy food and to consume drinks. La Cantina is inspired by the memory that Celia Tejada has of the Ruerrero cantina, in the 1960s in the Valderredible Valley.

During your stay at Molino Tejada you can go to the Cantina and choose the products you prefer to prepare and taste. You can follow any of our table and plate suggestions or choose and mix to your liking. Our commitment is that all proposals involve minimal elaboration and ensure a lot of enjoyment.

Under a strict criterion of proximity, La Cantina brings together a selection of foods from the Valderredible valley itself, accompanied by iconic products of Cantabrian gastronomy that connect with different areas of the region. To these are added excellent national references that complete this offer following the same quality criteria. In addition, the Cantina includes a selection of drinks, desserts and some fresh products.
